About Mary Anne Culwell, Jr.

 Mary Anne Culwell, Jr. RN, is a Registered Nurse with 23+ years. Her vast nursing experience was obtained in pre-hospital emergency care, in-hospital emergency department, neonatal and adult intensive care units, ambulatory infusion therapy, home health care and most recently as a Cosmetic Injector at a DFW Medical and Wellness Spa. Throughout her amazing career, she has provided direct patient care, developed IV therapy certification programs for nurses and paramedics, managed and developed personnel in pre-hospital, in-patient, outpatient and in-home settings.  She attended the National Laser Institute in Dallas, Texas where she trained in advanced BOTOX® and dermal fillers, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Body & Veins & PDO Threads as well as many lasers. Since then, she has been practicing as a Cosmetic Injector in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Her specialty is connecting with each patient to understand and specifically target their aesthetic health goals, educate them on treatment options and provide optimal outcomes.
